Scanning multi-page marksheets or high-color revenue certificates at default scanner settings frequently creates file sizes of 1.5 MB to 3 MB.
Attempting to upload a PDF larger than 200 KB will trigger portal validation errors or silently drop the file attachment, leading to pending verification states or outright application rejection by institute verification officers.
